This guidance has been prepared by Nottinghamshire LEA's Advisory and Inspection Service.

This site aims to identify some of the most appropriate PC software titles to match the QCA Scheme of work for ICT. It serves to update previous guidance and is intended for those ICT coordinators who are either filling in gaps in their existing provision of software or starting out from scratch. There is no imperative on ICT coordinators to cease using other software simply because it is not featured on this site.

Revisions have been made to previous guidance in order to:

• reflect technological developments;
  
• share good practice throughout the authority.
