Area and perimeter of a rectangle

Devise a spreadsheet formula to calculate the area and perimeter of a rectangle from any given length and width.

Consider alternative formulae.

Copy the formula down the sheet and change the variables.

Create a multiplication table by copying formulae down a page thus:

Graphing

Download and open file 'Square numbers'. Examine the effect of changing the numbers and what happens to the graph.
